Teambuilding or simply a private workshop event for 5-12 people, where all participants will be working on one object for themselves and all together can also cooperate on creation or decoration of something bigger together. This activity can be modeling, from hand or from plates, decoration using sgrafito technique, ritual cup cutting or mandala plate making as I offer in my regular workshops. Specific plan will be agreed upon considering the nature of the team and the work, weekdays as well as weekends are possible. The event usually lasts about 2-3 hours. The price includes small refreshment as agreed upfront. In case of ceremonial cacao the price is 1100.
In the past, I worked as a manager in a corporate environment and organizing events such as teambuilding is therefore very close to me. Working with clay can disclose aspects of our personalities that are usually hidden during our work day or it can help us realize values that are important to us and we can use this opportunity to share them with others in a save and sensitive way. Through the process of creation, we can see how different each one of us is (same as our objects) and yet all are beautiful and belong together. Belonging can be also empowered through cooperation on one object. Another option is to work with a predefined intention, such as a common vision, and we can use clay as a means to express our understanding, opinion, attitude. There are many options how to run this workshop and specific plan will be agreed individually.
